Using the AI SDK to fix edge-case errors in our code

Vercel used the AI SDK with GPT-4o to determine the correct language code for Punycode-encoded international domain names, fixing a bug that caused domain purchases with non-English characters to fail.

The solution achieved a 100% success rate on previously failed purchases and has been deployed to production.
