Vercel blocks 148B malicious requests, adds bot filter and faster DDoS mitigation.
Vercel announced security enhancements including a new Bot Filter in public beta, a faster DoS mitigation infrastructure called Protectd, and proactive vulnerability management.
The platform blocked 148 billion malicious requests from 108 million unique IP addresses since February, a 70% increase quarter-over-quarter.
Protectd achieves a median mitigation time of 2.5 seconds for Layer 7 attacks.
