NuxtLabs joins Vercel

Nuxt and Nitro creators join Vercel, projects remain MIT-licensed.

Partnership

NuxtLabs, the company behind the Nuxt web framework and Nitro server runtime, is joining Vercel.

The Nuxt and Nitro projects will remain independent, open source with an MIT license, public roadmap, and open governance.

Over the next few months, Nuxt Studio MDC, Nuxt UI Pro, and NuxtHub Admin will become free and open source.
