Vercel collaborates with OpenAI for GPT-5 launch

Vercel announced that OpenAI's GPT-5 family of models is now available through its AI Gateway and in production on v0.dev.

Vercel tested the models over the past few weeks and found GPT-5 noticeably better at frontend design, with strong performance in agent-based workflows.

The smaller GPT-5 mini and nano variants are already used for speed-sensitive codegen workloads.
