Scaling redirects to infinity on Vercel

Vercel developed a new redirect system that uses sharded Bloom filters and binary search to support millions of static redirects per project with low latency and memory usage.

The system avoids parsing the entire redirect set on each request by first checking a Bloom filter and then only loading a small shard when a match is possible.

JSON parsing was identified as a bottleneck on positive lookups, leading to a binary search approach over sorted keys.
