Zo Computer, a personal AI cloud provider, reported a 20x reduction in retry rate (from 7.5% to 0.34%) and a 38% cut in P99 latency (from 131s to 81s) after switching to Vercel's AI SDK and AI Gateway.
The company also achieved a 99.93% chat success rate, up from 98%.
New model support was reduced from an hour-long code change to adding a config string in 30 seconds.
