Vercel published a case study about Delphi, a digital mind platform, which rebuilt its Python backend on Vercel after previously running on AWS.
The move allowed Delphi's 10-person team, including non-engineers, to ship over 100 production deploys per day behind feature flags, using Vercel Workflows and Queues for long-running tasks and background jobs.
The case study also describes how Delphi uses Vercel preview deployments for agent-built code, an internal agent on Vercel Sandbox for customer success, and AI Gateway to route chat traffic.
