Ai2 announced a partnership with the Paul G.
Allen Research Center at Providence Swedish Cancer Institute to apply its AI-powered scientific discovery platform, AutoDiscovery, to cancer research datasets.
The collaboration builds on a research paper where AutoDiscovery was used to analyze breast cancer data, uncovering a stronger immune signature in invasive lobular carcinoma than previously recognized, which was validated across independent datasets and laboratory analysis.
The partnership also includes a local deployment of AutoDiscovery at the research center to enable analysis while keeping clinical data secure.
