Starting November 4, 2025, you’ll be able to choose from commitment tiers — an optional prepayment system that provides greater flexibility, predictability, and value for teams of all sizes.
This new program rewards consistent API usage with bonus credits, automatic rate-limit upgrades, and tier-based support, making it easier than ever to scale with Upstage.
Monthly commitment indicates the starting range for each tier.

How it works Prepay and use anytime: Add credits upfront and use them flexibly across all Upstage APIs including Solar Pro2, Document Parse, and Information Extract.
