Harvey announced that GPT-5 is live on its platform via model selector, with plans to make it the default model where it outperforms others.

The model showed a 5.09% improvement over OpenAI's previous models on Harvey's BigLaw Bench evaluation, and is described as the first orchestration model capable of combining research and drafting tasks in a single agent.
