Harvey announced that
Anthropic's Fable 5 model is now available for opt-in early access to its customers.
On Harvey's Legal Agent Benchmark (LAB), Fable 5 scored 13.3%, an all-time high, and on BigLaw Bench it scored 93.4% overall.
The model involves data processing practices that differ from Harvey's existing customer agreements, including data retention by Anthropic and US-only processing.
