SAIR: Accelerating Pharma R&D with AI-Powered Structural Intelligence
SandboxAQ released the Structurally Augmented IC50 Repository (SAIR), a large open dataset of 5.24 million AI-generated 3D protein-ligand structures paired with experimental IC50 measurements, available under a permissive CC BY 4.0 license on Hugging Face. The dataset is intended to accelerate AI-powered drug discovery.
