NVIDIA's report finds 89% of telecom respondents consider open-source models important to their AI strategy.
The company released the 30-billion-parameter Nemotron 3 Large Telco Model, fine-tuned by AdaptKey on open-source telecom datasets, and published a full fine-tuning recipe using NVIDIA NeMo libraries to help operators customize open models with their own data.
