Amazon SageMaker AI introduced the aws-ai-ml skill, available through the Agent Toolkit for AWS, which gives coding agents such as Kiro, Claude Code, and Codex expertise in inference optimization and benchmarking.
The skill allows agents to benchmark endpoints, recommend deployment configurations, compare performance runs, and generate executable SageMaker Python SDK v3 code.
It can be installed locally or used within Amazon SageMaker Studio.
