Perplexity changed the low, medium, and high presets of the Agent API to use Fast Search instead of standard web search, reducing the price of web_search calls under those presets from $2.50 to $1.00 per 1,000 invocations and making search about 800 ms faster.

The xhigh preset remains unchanged.
