Amazon published a guide for automating cross-account promotion of Amazon Quick resources (chat agents, action connectors, knowledge bases, flows, and spaces) using a sample MCP server hosted on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.

The solution is idempotent, auditable, and copies permissions faithfully by reading source resources via the Amazon Quick API and recreating them in a target AWS account.
