Introducing Praxis-1
Open-weight model for robot control from video pretraining
Runway announced Praxis-1, an open-weight world action model that uses video pretraining to control robots.
The model is being tested with early partners and will be released publicly in the coming months.
Runway will ship it with open weights rather than as a closed model.
