OpenAI launched Dots, an always-on agent that can run continuously across days or weeks, and GPT-6.1 Sol, a model with intelligence close to GPT-6 Astra but at one-fifth the API token price.
The company also reopened the $200/month Pro plan and added a $500/month Pro 500 tier, introduced Ultrafast speed tiers for Codex and API, and expanded Codex with cloud execution, multi-agent collaboration, and code review.
Agents API gained Computer Use and Codex capabilities, and Sign in with ChatGPT was launched for third-party app login.
