Towards better health conversations: Research insights on a “wayfinding” AI agent based on Gemini

Google Research shares user insights from a research prototype called Wayfinding AI, based on Gemini, which proactively asks clarifying questions to help users find better health information. Studies showed users found it more helpful, relevant, and tailored than a baseline AI.
