Two new features for planning before building.
Lovable introduced Chat Mode, allowing users to discuss and refine their project ideas with the AI before any code is generated, and a follow-up questions feature where the Lovable agent asks clarifying questions about the user's project to reduce assumptions and improve accuracy.

You can now start any new project in Chat Mode . Instead of immediately generating an app from your first prompt, you have the option to have a conversation with Lovable to refine your ideas before any code is written.
