Kedde, a groundworks business owner near Stockholm, used Lovable to build a logistics platform that replaces the industry's zone-based pricing with real-time, address-based pricing.
The platform, which integrates with Volvo Connect fleet data, launched in spring 2026 with one truck and grew to five in three months, achieving the founders' targets of halving customer prices and boosting margins.
