Nvidia CEO argues existing laws suffice for AI safety
Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang stated at Dreamforce that AI does not require new laws or regulations, arguing that safety is an engineering problem and that market forces will pressure companies to release only safe products.
He said companies should pause releases if they are not confident in safety, and that innovation and safety are not mutually exclusive.
