Suno announced upcoming new models developed in partnership with the music industry, which will retire all prior models upon launch.

Starting September 3, the company will introduce download limits per tier: Free users get up to 7 lifetime trial downloads, Pro users 20 per month, and Premier users 60 per month, with no limits for Premier subscribers using Suno Studio.

The new Terms of Service clarify commercial rights for downloaded songs on paid plans and update dispute resolution procedures.
