Anthropic and the U.S. General Services Administration expanded their OneGov agreement on October 27, 2026, giving government buyers a 40% consumption-based discount on Claude and opening eligibility to state, local, tribal and territorial governments. The discount covers Claude Enterprise, Claude for Government and the Claude API, and Anthropic said it applies across every product surface for the first time, including direct purchases and, in the coming months, purchases through cloud providers. GSA described the pricing as a 40% discount on token-based usage across all Claude models available to the government, including FedRAMP-authorized environments for sensitive unclassified work, with no minimum orders and payment only for usage consumed.
