NVIDIA says access to some Barcelona Supercomputing Center AI Factory services is now available through the NVIDIA Inception portal, connecting its startup program with Spain's first AI factory. The BSC AI Factory Accelerator Programme is in full operation after a pilot, giving startups sovereign compute, technical support and training; BSC says the factory has delivered more than 800 services to private and public-sector clients since its April 2025 launch. NVIDIA Inception adds Deep Learning Institute open courses, business mentoring and venture capital connections to what the accelerator already offers. Three Inception members were named AI Champions at the pilot's demo day: Qatium, whose Neural Water Intelligence technology is in early production and trained on MareNostrum 5; OneCareAI, a BSC spin-off using NVIDIA NIM microservices to spot signs of hidden atrial fibrillation in seemingly normal ECGs; and Avatia, whose voice-first multi-agent system for pharmaceutical companies draws on NIM microservices, the Nemotron 3 open model family and the NeMo Curator library. An upcoming extension of MareNostrum 5, BSC's public infrastructure powered by NVIDIA accelerated computing, will deliver supercomputing access through the BSC AI Factory and other AI Factories across Europe. Other BSC AI Factory startups named include Agrikola AI, Elna Health, Lokutor, Montevive AI, Oppy, Pack2Earth and Up2Smart.
