ElevenLabs has renewed several existing security, privacy, and AI management certifications and added two new ones, including FedRAMP 20x Class A and SOC 2 Type I, to demonstrate independent verification of its practices. The company says trust must be independently verified, not claimed, and that these certifications rest on three pillars: security, privacy, and quality management. The renewed certifications include ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ISO 27701:2019, ISO/IEC 42001:2023, ISO 27017 and 27018, SOC 2 Type II, PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider, and Cyber Essentials & Cyber Essentials Plus. The new certifications are SOC 2 Type I for ElevenProductions and FedRAMP 20x Class A, which is an entry pathway for U.S. federal government cloud services. ElevenLabs states that renewing certifications proves the underlying practices are real and ongoing, not a one-time exercise.
