Vercel and Shopify made Vercel Shop, an open-source Next.js storefront template, generally available. The template provides machine-readable product pages and tools for AI agents, built on Shopify's Hydrogen SDK and the Universal Commerce Protocol. Vercel also launched its own merch store at vercel.store using the template.

## Evidence

Verbatim from https://vercel.com/blog/vercel-and-shopify-make-agents-first-class-shoppers:

> Vercel Shop makes product pages available as machine-readable content, including price, availability, and options. The same product URL can serve a visual page to people or product information that agents can read without interpreting the page's layout.
