Supabase shipped Declarative Schemas 2.0, replacing the migra diff engine with its own open-source pg-delta tool. pg-delta adds support for RLS policy changes, grants, view settings, partitions, domains, and extension-managed objects, and uses a dependency graph to order output. The new engine is opt-in for existing projects and default for new ones.

## Evidence

Verbatim from https://supabase.com/blog/declarative-schemas-2-0-pg-delta:

> pg-delta then compares the two by reading the system catalog, and orders the output using a dependency graph built from that catalog.
