AMD announced the AMD Helion agentic AI rack, an open blueprint based on an Open Compute Project specification that allows customers to customize CPU core density, performance, and power for agentic workloads. The rack supports CPU-only configurations for hyperscale deployments and integrated CPU/GPU configurations for enterprises, with plans to contribute the specification to OCP and make configurations available in November 2026.
