Isomorphic Labs introduced AlphaFold 3, a model that predicts the structure and interactions of proteins, DNA, RNA, and small molecules with improved accuracy. The model shows at least a 50% improvement over existing methods for protein interactions with other molecule types. As of November 2024, the model code and weights have been released for academic use.
