Build with Droids. Get rewarded. Ascend through the ranks. Today, we are opening the Factory Guild for applications. The Guild is for students, independent builders, and members of the developer community who want to build with Droids, share what they learn, and help shape what comes next. Built with intention At Factory, we do everything with intention. The Guild is no different. We are selecting a small, curated group of students from leading universities, along with builders, creators, researchers, and community leaders from across the technical community. We are looking for people who are excited about AI, skilled at bringing people together, and eager to share what they learn. That might mean building a project, publishing technical content, organizing an event, creating educational resources, supporting other members, or helping more people discover what Droids can do. Every application is reviewed by the Guild Council. We are looking for curiosity, initiative, originality, and a genuine commitment to helping shape what comes next.
