A former recruiter at Google, Unity, and Rivian built an AI-driven hiring platform using Lovable, a no-code development tool. The platform automates resume analysis, job matching, candidate outreach, and incorporates blockchain credentials for verifiable hiring records. The recruiter completed the cryptocurrency-powered hiring marketplace feature in four days, a task initially estimated to take six months.
