Runway released Enhance Frame Rate, a new model that converts any video to frame rates including 25, 30, 48, 60 and 120 fps. The model runs up to seven times faster and three times cheaper than other interpolation models, supports videos up to 4K resolution and five minutes in length, and costs one credit per two seconds of video.
